Create your account

Tap Start Your Journey on iPhone, or go to Sign up! on the web.

1. Pick a Username: 3+ characters, letters and numbers only.
2. Enter your Email address.
3. Choose a Password and repeat it in Confirm password.
4. Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy (a checkbox on the web; implied on iPhone).
5. Tap Create account.

Passwords need 8+ characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (@ # $ % & * _ + = ! ? | -).

We email you a link to verify your address.

Sign in and out

Enter your Username or email address and Password, then tap Continue.

To sign out on iPhone: Garage, the gear next to your name, then Sign Out. It deletes nothing.

Forgot your password

1. Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
2. Enter your Email address and tap Reset password.
3. Open the email and tap Reset password. The link expires quickly.
4. Enter a New password, confirm it, and tap Reset password.

Profile and photo

On iPhone, tap the gear next to your name in Garage to open Profile Settings. Tap the camera on your photo to change it.

Email addresses

Find them under Emails in Profile Settings (web: Settings, then Emails).

• Add one with Add Email (web: Add Email Address). We send a confirmation link.
• Tap an address to Make Primary or Delete Email.
• Unverified addresses are marked Unverified (web: Not verified).

Password and passkeys

To change your password on iPhone, go to Profile Settings, then Security. Enter your current password, the new one twice, and tap Update Password.

Privacy

On iPhone, go to Settings, then Privacy & Notifications. Public Profile under Visibility controls whether other drivers see your profile, builds, and drives. Off hides everything you post. It saves automatically.

You can also flip one post with Make Private / Make Public.

Legal pages are under Settings, then Legal.

App settings

On iPhone, in the Settings tab:

• Customize Tabs: tap Edit and drag to reorder. Extra tabs go under More.
• Units: Imperial (miles, °F, PSI) or Metric (kilometers, °C, bar).
• App Permissions: Location, Bluetooth, and optional Notifications. Each row lets you allow it or jump to iOS Settings.
• Privacy & Notifications: visibility and push alerts. See Notifications.

Reporting and blocking

Tap the menu on a post and choose Report Post (on a story, Report Story). Pick a reason, add a note if you can, and tap Send.

To stop seeing someone, choose Block @username from the same menu. You won't see each other's posts.

On iPhone, Settings has a Support section:

• Docs: guides for builds, drives, track sessions, and account settings.

Delete your account

This is permanent. Your profile, garage, posts, comments, crews, devices, and push registrations are removed.

1. In Garage, tap the gear to open Profile Settings.
2. Expand Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
3. Type your username and tap Delete Account.
